- What is NEOPORT 2026?
- NEOPORT 2026 is the first international forum on port infrastructure — construction, repair, dredging, digitalisation and cargo-handling automation across the Black Sea, Caspian and MENA basins. It is a forum about building ports, not about shipping cargo.
- When and where does it take place?
- On 26 November 2026 at the Sofitel Istanbul Taksim, Gümüşsuyu Mah, Sıraselviler Cad No 13, Istanbul 34437, Türkiye. One focused day, four technical sessions.
- Who should attend?
- Port authorities and developers, terminal operators, EPC contractors, dredging and marine engineering companies, suppliers of cranes, terminal operating systems and automation, and industry associations. Around 60% of the room is C-suite and owners.
- What does participation cost?
- The Delegate Pass is €900 during Early Bird until 15 September 2026, €1,100 Standard until 24 October 2026 and €1,300 after that. The Port & Terminal Pass is half the current tier and is available to eligible port and terminal organisations. Rates are quoted in EUR and USD.
- What topics do the four sessions cover?
- The morning programme covers hydraulic and terminal infrastructure — quays, breakwaters, anti-corrosion, repair without stopping operations — and the digital port, including AI, 5G, digital twins and cybersecurity. The afternoon programme covers dredging and marine engineering, then cargo-handling innovation with automation, computer vision and quay electrification.
- What language is the forum held in?
- The forum is held in English, with simultaneous interpretation into Turkish throughout the programme.
- How do I register?
- Send a request through the form on this page. There is no online payment — the registration desk confirms availability and issues an invoice. Questions go to info@neoportforum.com.
- Who organises NEOPORT?
- The team behind Heavy World and AGRIPEC, with 21 years of international conference experience, more than 150 conferences delivered and over 12,000 delegates hosted from 95+ countries.
