Request first
Availability and preferential-rate eligibility are reviewed by the registration team.
Submitting the website form is a registration request, not an automatic booking. A place becomes confirmed only when the organising team sends written acceptance and the applicable invoice or payment instructions.

The contracting entity, tax treatment, due date and bank details appear before payment.
Booking-specific confirmation and invoice terms supplement this public page.
NEOPORT 2026 is scheduled for 5–6 November 2026 at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim, Türkiye. The planned working languages are English and Russian.
Programme details, session order, speakers, timing, venue arrangements and delivery format may be adjusted where reasonably required for quality, safety, logistics or availability.
This website is operated by the NEOPORT organising team. The final contracting entity, registered address, tax details and bank beneficiary for an accepted registration are identified in the written confirmation or invoice before payment is due.
The table below is rendered from the same configuration used by the registration form and server-side price calculation.

Port & Terminal Pass rates require organisation eligibility confirmation. Displayed amounts are registration rates; the invoice states whether VAT, withholding or another applicable tax affects the booking.
The website does not process payments. The invoice or payment request states the payee, currency, tax treatment, bank details, due date and booking reference. A place may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline unless the organisers agree otherwise in writing.
Delegate substitution is normally considered when requested before the event and remains subject to pass eligibility, security, venue and administrative checks. Contact the team promptly with the replacement delegate’s details. A substitution is effective only after written acceptance.
The booking-specific written confirmation or invoice must state any cancellation deadline, transfer, credit, refund and no-show conditions before payment. If those conditions are not supplied, ask for them and do not pay until they are clear.
If the organisers cancel the event without offering a reasonable replacement date or format, the written cancellation notice will explain the applicable refund or credit process, subject to mandatory law and costs that the law permits to be retained.
For circumstances outside reasonable control—including public-authority action, severe weather, travel disruption, health emergencies, venue failure, labour disruption or major network failure—the organisers may reschedule, relocate, change the format or take another reasonable delivery measure.
The communication issued for the affected booking will explain any credit, transfer or refund treatment, together with rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Delegates must comply with venue, security and safety instructions and behave professionally. Serious misconduct, harassment, credential misuse or a material safety risk may lead to refused entry or removal, subject to applicable law and the confirmed booking terms.
These public terms apply together with the registration request, written confirmation, invoice and event instructions. The most specific written booking document controls the point it addresses, particularly the contracting entity, tax, payment, cancellation and substitution conditions.
